Discovery Senior Living has completed a $19 million construction project in Bradenton, Fla. Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay is situated on a 6.6-acre parcel.
 
The 126,000-square-foot community features 126 units of combined senior living residences, including a three-story wing of 30 apartment homes for supervised independent living, a three-story wing of 66 apartment homes for assisted living, and a one-story wing of 30 suites for memory care.
 
Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay offers many amenities including an indoor therapy pool, movie theater, wellness center, beauty salon and barber shop, spa and massage parlor, full-service bar area, four multi-use outdoor courtyards, large common spaces, and full-service luxury dining halls.  
 
The Douglas Co., is the general contractor and the designer is Architectural Concepts Inc.
