Harbour’s Edge (Delray Beach, Fla.), owned and operated by Lifespace Communities, Inc., held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of its newly added dining venues and remodeled restaurant features.

The expansion is part of a $20 million project designed to enhance community amenities and includes the creation of three distinct venues that can seat a combined total of 250 people.

The new Edgewater Dining Room is a more casual venue with two levels of waterfront views on the Intracoastal and a patio for outdoor seating. A new formal dining room features a steakhouse and grill as well as an exhibition kitchen and wine bar.

The final phase of the renovation is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016 and will feature construction of a new Lifelong Learning Center, which will include a media center, library, and performing arts center.

CC Hodgson Architectural Group (Cleveland) is the design firm on the project and Plaza Construction New York) is the contractor.
