Plans Revealed For The Blake At Charlottesville

Quality Senior Living LLC along with Blake Management Group have released plans to develop The Blake at Charlottesville in Charlottesville, N.C. The community will be located on the Oakleigh site which is being developed by George and Jane Ray at Insignia Development Services Inc., along with Oakleigh Albemarle LLC. 
 
The Blake offers independent living as well as care and support for individuals that need an additional level of care. Options for assisted living residences include one-bedroom units as well as two-bedroom, two-bath residences with full kitchen, walk-in closets, and a balcony or porch. Memory care options include studio and one-bedroom residences with walk-in closets. 
 
Other amenities include a bar and lounge, a coffee and ice cream shop, salon and spa services, on-site therapy services, chapel, custom putting greens, and outdoor activity courts. In addition, there will be a theater room, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, fountains and raised gardens, a business center, library, indoor/outdoor dining, fitness center, and on-site parking.
