The Palm Coast Planning and Land Development Regulation Board has approved Protea Senior Living's technical site plan for the first phase of the project in Palm Coast, Fla., reports the Palm Coast Observer.
 
The 82-unit, 100-bed assisted living facility and memory care community will be built on six acres. 
 
According to the report, the facility's central building will be 64,038 square feet and will feature amenities such as a fitness center, library/business center, a movie theater, private dining, bar/games room, arts & crafts, private patio/balcony, and more.
