Vestcor will start construction in October on a 90-unit affordable senior community in Port Richey, Fla.

Abigail Court will feature one- and two-bedroom units with a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Amenities will include a fitness center, theater room, game room, internet café, outdoor garden, and hair salon. The Abigail Court is being built using proceeds from the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program administered by Florida Housing Finance Corp.

PQH Architects Inc. and Summit Contracting Group Inc. are architect and general contractor for the development. Construction is expected to be completed in fall 2017.
