Brightview Senior Living has started construction on its new eight-story Brightview Bethesda Woodmont senior living community in Bethesda, Md.

According to the press release, the tower will feature 112 private and semi-private apartments for seniors–91 for assisted living and 21 for Wellspring Village, Brightview’s specialized memory care neighborhood. Residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes designed with granite counters, tile floors, and crown molding.

Brightview Bethesda Woodmont will offer upscale, resort-like amenities including rooftop dining, a sloped floor theater, a fitness area, salon/spa services and an activity room. In addition, residents will be within walking distance of the city’s many offerings

Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2019.
