Intergenerational Living & Health Care Inc. (ILHC; Minneapolis) is moving forward with its plans to aquire approximately 57 acres in Stillwater, Minn., for the construction of a new $70 million mixed-unit senior living campus.

The Lakes at Stillwater will be built in three development phases. Phase one is a 139-unit independent, assisted living and memory care community.
Phase two will include 30 independent living villas that will be accompanied by 70 apartments for active adults in the third phase of the project.

The design and architecture will complement the heritage of the site and surrounding community senior living community and the campus will offer hospitality services and amenities as well as intergenerational programming.

The owner and operator ILHC is working in collaboration with developer and manager The Goodman Group LLC (Chaska, Minn.). The co-real estate developer of the project is Northland Real Estate Group LLC.
