Sagewood’s Desert Willow will offer modern floorplans with large windows providing natural light, private bedroom with walk-in closet, open kitchen with refrigerator, individually controlled thermostat, and residential-feel finishes such as ceramic tile and terraces with a color palette and textures reflecting the surrounding Sonoran Desert.

Amenities include formal restaurant-style dining room, fitness area, outdoor patios, secure courtyard, central living room, computer area, a library, chapel, and family areas for private dining.

Desert Willow Assisted Living plans to open in fall 2018. Project partners include Todd & Associates (architect); Spellman Brady & Co. (interior designer); and The Weitz Co. (general contractor).
