Set near Lake Sammamish in Washington, Revel Issaquah will offer immediate access to outdoor recreation activities that are common in the area, such as hiking, boating, fishing, and camping.
The five-story independent living community is expected to open in December 2018.
Revel Issaquah is a five-story independent living community under construction on a 4-acre site in Issaquah, Wash. The community will comprise 146 studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments and provide contemporary 55+ living options characterized by a “lock-and-leave” lifestyle and a variety of amenities.
Designed by VIA Architecture (Seattle), Revel Issaquah’s defining features will include a theatre, indoor heated saltwater pool, raised gardens, a state-of-art fitness center, full-service salon and spa, and dining options designed by acclaimed chef and Food Network star, Beau MacMillan.
The community will also house a full-service pub and both casual and private dining rooms, with the pub and dining room offering views of Lake Sammamish. Additional outdoor recreation areas include resident gardens, walking paths, and space for interacting with pets. The community is expected to open in December 2018.
